Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.


1. Processing Time
• 1–3 business days for ready-stock items
• 5–7 business days during launches, sales, or peak periods

(Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.)


2. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times:
• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
• Singapore / Brunei: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier performance.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier rates.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


5. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:
• Wrong or incomplete address
• Unclaimed parcel
• Failed delivery attempts

Customers are required to pay reshipping fees.


6. Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
However, we will assist in filing a courier investigation where possible.
