If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• A brief description of the problem
Our team will review and provide a replacement if eligible.

• Items damaged due to perfume, makeup, wear, or mishandling
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
• The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
• Duplicate payment was made
